The Little Club House is a unique urban residence in the center of Moscow. The architecture and interior of the house are inspired by the French fashion house Dior.

Our goal was to create a business class apartment complex that would perfectly fit into the architectural appearance of Moscow. 

The building was in a poor state, so our architects developed a project for its restoration. The floors and roof were replaced, and the facades of the building were completely changed.
 
The main feature of the project is the apartments themselves: there is not a single repeating lot in the clubhouse, 25 unique layouts. At the same time, all apartments on the ground floor have separate private entrances from the street and a patio.

The apartments on the second floor are duplex penthouses with floor–to-ceiling windows and French balconies that aesthetically hide the outdoor air conditioning units.
The elegant entrance group with a sturdy glass window consists of two levels, and also corresponds to the Dior style of modern classics.
